Case for the cause of CET 2011
As you people all know we are fighting for the cause of Common entrance test to take place from the year 2011 itself.
So, the court had definitely given the orders to the MCI to conduct a single window test for both MBBS and MD entrances and had given them 3 weeks starting from 14/8/10 to formulate the rules and regulations
However, Recently 2 states out of 19 states had objected to this decision (we today got documents to prove that) and had influenced the Government to withhold this decision.
As u can see, till now there were four parties i.e the states, the dghs, the mci and simran jain ....
So, we have decided to file a case in the Supreme Court of India and become a fifth party to the case. Thereby a case(PIL) will be filed on 6/9/10, get it mentioned mentioned the next day and by the hearing we shall be a party to the case... that means rather sitting like lame ducks and waiting for newspaper we'll be fighting our own fight at the supreme court .

The expenses will be as follows:
1. Rs 50,000 till 6/9/10 to cover drafting and filing charges.
2. Rs (3.5-4) lakhs till 8/9/10 to cover cost of two hearings - one on wed/thursday and next on 10/9/10.
So, total expenses amount to Rs5-6 lakhs (including future hearings, if any)..
The Lawyers will be of the highest quality and their charges:
# Rs 100000 Mr Rohtagi will take to mention
# Rs 200000 per hearing for Mr Rohtagi and Rs 60000 for Indu Malhotra
So, Around 400 people with Rs 1200 per head will be enough for the complete case procedures
