The present status is that the next hearing of our case is after 1 week .if you want CET2011 to happen, then somehow we must arrange Rs 1 lakh within this week..This amount is needed for hiring top quality lawyer... With much difficulty we had managed to arrange for the lawyer in today's case. Dr Prashant and company had managed to collect Rs 15000 by going DOOR-TO-DOOR IN MUNIRKA and GAUTAM NAGAR areas in New Delhi yesterday...Now its ur time to get on the move...

Our plan is to generate enough money so that we can send both(if possible) Mr. Salve and Mr.Rohtagi as our lawyers so that there is 0% chances of our losing the final battle..

Our lawyer, Advocate Harish Pandey, today, had made it clear to the Judge of the Supreme Court that the Post Graduate and the Under Graduate entrance exams are very different altogether and so separate decision is required for each of them... 
The only objection as of now is from the state of Tamil Nadu..
We'll send a memorandum to the Tamil Nadu case party saying that we just want a CET for the Post Graduate courses and they have their objections at the Under Graduate level, so they should step down
..
Note;

# On this Sunday (12/9/10), there is the Bhatia Subjectwise Test. U can print the court verdict for today's Supreme Court ruling and show it to ur friends and colleagues at the Bhatia Test Centre and convince them..Don't wait for them to deposit the money. Rather accept whatever amount they pay u and keep on collecting..and in the end deposit in the bank..

# U can also contact the Student's Union of ur College and convince more people..


# U can also contact the students at the different coaching centres viz IAMS, DAMS, Bhatia, Speed, Trissur, Kotayam, Allens etc. and convince them to contribute..

# please update ur orkut updates, facebook wallposts, blogs, forums, instant messengers, chatrooms, and other means of social connectivity with texts inviting people to contribute for the Case for CET2011 and also the link to this website www.cet2011.blogspot.com
